Compose a simple quick Email with any subject line you want. In the Email body, start writing your question, and describe your issue or what your looking for help and answers with.

The more specific details given, the more accurate the response. Your question only needs to be a couple sentences to be effective. So send them email, and sit back and wait for the email response to be automatically emailed to you within 20-30 seconds!
