Where we’ve been
NetManageIT has been delivering IT services to Central New York and the surrounding areas for more than 35 years. From the start, our IT services consisted of a focus on software and custom applications. The founder became an entrepreneur after working at a large, national IT company. It became clear that many clients craved a more personalized and responsive IT service. NetManageIT was started with the mission of a strong focus on customer service and custom applications which in turn, allowed for a solid and loyal customer base to grow. To stay ahead of the trends in IT, in 2007, NetManageIT expanded the business to embrace managed services. At the time, managed services was a new approach in the industry to manage the complexities of IT environments proactively rather than reacting to downtime when thing’s break. Thanks to this new approach, NetManageIT was able to grow even more by adapting to meet every IT need our customers have from IT networking, expert consulting, data backup, security, and much more.
